I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University, graduating magna cum laude in 2024. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, which is nationally recognized. Additionally, I am a trained neurofeedback specialist with over seven years of experience at a neurofeedback practice, where I gained valuable expertise under the mentorship of a seasoned professional. I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, sleep disturbances, irritability, guilt/shame, social difficulties, cognitive decline, and peak performance, among others.
I deeply value the positive transformations I've witnessed in my clients and the meaningful relationships I've built along the way. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and trusting environment where clients feel truly seen and heard. Your well-being is my top priority.
A little about me: I’m a proud mom of two kiddos (ages 10 and 14), and we love spending time outdoors biking, climbing, camping, and exploring. We also enjoy traveling and discovering new places. Also, in my free time, I enjoy cooking, eating, art, graphic design, and hiking with my corgi and kiddos.

I use integrative methods such as narrative therapy, psycho-education, somatic work, and strength-based counseling. Additionally, I understand the brain-based mechanisms that drive behavior. Therefore, I also incorporate neurofeedback into my approach.

For other clinicians wanting to get into the neurofeedback field, I also offer consultations to help you set up your equipment and learn how to use it! I am most knowledgeable with Brainmaster and Cygnet (ILF).
Fees:
Out of pocket: Fees are $125 per 55 minute session of individual counseling.
Insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Medicare, and United Healthcare.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot make an appointment, please notify me 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. I charge $55 for late cancellations and no shows. Exceptions can be made for emergencies.
